Polyurethane Insulated, C4 Wind Load Certified Garage Doors
IGD supply cyclone rated garage doors that are engineered for high wind load locations across Australia.
Our door system is suitable for all regions up to and including C4 wind loads of 86 m/s. The IGD engineered and certified system is available for door opening widths up to 6m and 2675mm in height.
Our panels are a high density 43mm spray injected polyurethane core with 2 x 60mm spray injected windbraces built into each panel.
Thermally Protected
Not only do our doors perform structurally, they also perform thermally. Our doors have an R value above 1.8, while double brick has an R value of just 0.5.
Weather Seals
IGD doors are supplied with our unique track and weather seal system that prevents dust and dirt from entering your garage space.
When our doors are closed the entire perimeter of the door is sealed by our UV protected rubber seals, which are incorporated within our track system — they are not an afterthought.
The system is effective at keeping fine dust and dirt out of your garage by closing the gaps between your garage walls and the door, and the seals also help prevent energy loss by eliminating gaps around your door.
