1. OUR STANDARD SERVICE INCLUDES

- Door balance testing and professional torsion spring adjustment if required.
- Cable inspection and replacement where necessary.
- Track alignment and structural fixing inspection.
- Lubrication of moving components (excluding tracks).
- Electric opener inspection and safety reverse testing.

Our workmanship is warranted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Wear components such as springs, cables and rollers are consumable items and have a finite service life. Unauthorized tampering with the torsion system voids workmanship warranty.
