This manual outlines the scope of our professional servicing, safety procedures, inspection standards, and maintenance recommendations.

1. OUR STANDARD SERVICE INCLUDES

  • Full safety inspection of springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, tracks and bearings.
  • Door balance testing and professional torsion spring adjustment if required.
  • Cable inspection and replacement where necessary.
  •  Track alignment and structural fixing inspection.
  • Lubrication of moving components (excluding tracks).
  • Electric opener inspection and safety reverse testing.

Our workmanship is warranted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Wear components such as springs, cables and rollers are consumable items and have a finite service life. Unauthorized tampering with the torsion system voids workmanship warranty.
